PROJECT AND IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT

An experienced Project Manager will guide you through the entire process, from the first planning session to the actual Go-Live of our tools. The implementation methodology is designed to ensure solutions are delivered in a cost-effective way that meets your organisation's needs, mitigates risk and gets you up-and-running as quickly as possible.

TRAINING

Training the trainers

We will provide professional "train-the-trainer" training to those individuals within your organisation who in turn will train your field staff.

SUPPORT

Running & Support

Our Delivery Centre is staffed by specialists in charge of running the POP System for you and supporting your users in compliance with the agreed service level agreement. As such, the Delivery Centre takes care of all infrastructure requirements, system and database maintenance, updates and upgrades, user and security management, data backups and data processing activities. The Delivery Centre also provides you fast and effective Helpdesk support. Second and third-level support are provided by specialised staff from our in-house Application Factory.
